716MAX is a proprietary technology developed by Perii Systems, Inc., it addresses the issue of extending the supportability of existing testers while at the same time providing an excellent foundation for new initiatives.

716MAX is an open, standards based system, which extends the capability of existing testers. The restrictions imposed by antiquated architectures and approaches to standardization, are overcome, thereby freeing you up to truly experience the power of 32-bit processing while retaining the benefits of standardization.

716MAX affords the following capabilities:

• Standards compliant compilations of IEEE-716 C/ATLAS source code.
• Standards compliant execution of Test Programs.
• Software based Test Measurement Adapters (TMA's) allow the introduction of new and updated instrumentation without the need for recompilation of existing Test Program Sets (TPS).
• Leverages existing configuration management schemas and promotes migration to newer technologies.
• Eliminates the need for Test Program Set modifications or recompiles to accommodate closed or proprietary systems.
• Project based approach facilitates TPS long-range support.
• Minimizes the impact on Tech Orders (Modifications).

• MAC2000 - Compiler (IEEE-716 STD C/ATLAS) - Retargetable Output
• MTE2000 - Run Time System - Support for MATE CIIL. SCPI, VXI or other Instrument Interfaces
• CIPHER/TP2000 - File Transfer from 9 track tapes or Legacy MIL-STD-1750 systems to PC via IEEE-STD 488
